He was cheating on her; she knew about it but said nothing.
One morning, his body is found with his feet tied to the tree branch hanging upside down, his body slowly swinging back and forth above his parked car. His blood from his slit throat is all over the roof, and so are the scratches from his finger nails. The police happen by and witness the gruesome scene and find the girlfriend of the now deceased boyfriend sleeping in the car. The police knock on the window and take her out of the car, and she is hysterical when she sees his dead body hanging upside down above his own vehicle. The police leave the EMT to deal with the body, and the girl sitting in the back seat of the squad lets out a very slight but sinister smile.
