My choking ghost experience was unique in that two choking ghosts would hold me down in my bed while a third one choked, slapped, and punched my wife. We've moved several times but it keeps following us. Sometimes, these ghosts take turns and they assault me while my wife is held down. I finally sought the advice of an Odaisan at a local temple in Waialua. The remedy was very simple, she said there is a way to trap a choking ghost.
